TNC - DAX Error Catastrophic Failure

Question: I successfully installed TeleMagic NetClient but, when I attempt to open the program I receive a DAX Error. How can I correct this?

Answer: TeleMagic NetClient requires the Microsoft Data Access Component, version 2.1 or higher. This error message can occur if the necessary components are not installed. The installation program for the Data Access Component (MDAC) can be found in the "\UTILS\MDAC" folder on the TeleMagic NetClient CD-ROM. Alternatively, this component can also be acquired from the TeleMagic R&D Web site or Microsoft directly.
